POLICY
- We offer FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE
- We only ship to Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, US, Canada, UAE, Malaysia, UK, France, Germany, South Africa.
- All orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been confirmed.
- Please note: Cut off time for same day delivery is 2PM (Sydney Time). All orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the next day.
- Shipping days exclude weekends and public holidays. They are during business hours Monday to Friday.
- Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for items to be delivered in NSW. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
- Where possible, items will be combined into one order. However in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries.
- Where possible, tracking will be provided.
- International delivery charges will depend on which country to be delivered and will be calculated at checkout.
- We take care to ensure your order is packed safely. In the case of any lost or damaged goods, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
